Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the HSE strategy, ensuring compliance withall ISO standards.
- Cultivate and maintain a culture that upholds high standardsof HSE compliance.
- Ensure adequate training for staff in health and safetyrequirements and best practices, supporting managers in their respectivefunctions.
- Maintain and execute the internal audit schedule inaccordance with company policy.
- Facilitate HSE risk assessments, involving line managementand factory floor employees.
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in thelarge construction-related products sector.

Skills

Salary: Startingat 42,000 SAR per month, inclusive of fixed allowances, along with familybenefits, insurance, and a performance bonus.
