? Schedule: Monday to Friday

⏰ 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Arizona Time

We are seeking a Scheduler who can effectively coordinate caregiver schedules, support clients and caregivers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

✅ Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in Home Care, Home Health. MUST HAVE
- Experience coordinating caregivers and managing staffing schedules
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

✨ Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs and availability
- Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage requests
- Maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients
- Support operational excellence and service delivery
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling systems, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement
