Working at the intersection of **product engineering, quality, manufacturing, test, and operations**, you will contribute your technical expertise and structured problem-solving skills to continuously improve our automotive semiconductor products.**Your Responsibilities:** * Take ownership of **automotive IC products within the supply chain after product release*** Define and drive **product characterization and qualification** activities and document the results* Support the **ramp-up of new products**, particularly in the **UWB and RF/LF areas*** Track, analyze and report **product performance regarding cost and quality*** Drive **continuous product improvements** related to cost reduction, quality enhancement and technical issues* Lead and support **operations projects**, such as backend second-sourcing activities**Your Profile:** * Degree from a **Technical University or University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule)** in Physics, Electronics, Information and Computer Engineering or a related technical field* **5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry** (Product Engineering or a comparable role)* Basic understanding of **statistics*** Strong **project management skills*** Experience with **quality management methods such as FMEA, DOE and 8D** is a benefit* Knowledge of **quality engineering,
