- Identification, assessment and monitoring of operational risks across all business areas- Conducting risk workshops to identify and assess risks- Analysing and evaluating existing control measures for risk mitigation- Collaborating with the Internal Control System (ICS) Officer to define and monitor key risks- Recording, analysing and tracking reported risks and loss events- Maintaining and further developing the loss database, as well as- Preparing regular analyses and reports- Conducting outsourcing risk assessments for outsourced activities- Supporting the further development of the operational risk management framework- Contributing to bank-wide risk reports (internal and external) and regulatory metrics- Contributing to risk assessment as part of ICAAP, recovery planning and stress tests- Data preparation and quality control for internal risk analyses and regulatory requirements- Developing expertise in other types of risk (e.g. liquidity risk, market risk, etc.)- A degree in economics,



engineering or a relevant field (from a university or university of applied sciences)- At least 6 years professional experience in operational risk management at a European bank- In-depth knowledge of the identification, assessment and management of operational risks- Familiarity with national and international regulatory requirements (e.g. CRR, BWG, EBA)- Excellent Excel skills;

experience with data analysis (e.g. R, SQL or VBA) would be an advantage- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work and strong problem-solving skills- Initiative, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work well in a team- Very good written and spoken German and English skills- Responsible tasks and the opportunity to actively contribute in a dynamic environment.
