Working at the intersection of product engineering, quality, manufacturing, test, and operations, you will contribute your technical expertise and structured problem-solving skills to continuously improve our automotive semiconductor products.Your Responsibilities: Take ownership of automotive IC products within the supply chain after product release Define and drive product characterization and qualification activities and document the results Support the ramp-up of new products, particularly in the UWB and RF/LF areas Track, analyze and report product performance regarding cost and quality Drive continuous product improvements related to cost reduction, quality enhancement and technical issues* Lead and support operations projects, such as backend second-sourcing activitiesYour Profile: Degree from a Technical University or University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule) in Physics, Electronics, Information and Computer Engineering or a related technical field 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry (Product Engineering or a comparable role) Basic understanding of statistics Strong project management skills Experience with quality management methods such as FMEA,
