Key Responsibilities

· Install the company’s products and equipment.

· Train customers and end users on the proper operation of company products.

· Provide after-sales technical support and service.

· Perform other reasonable, job-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher; a background in mechanical engineering, electronics or a related discipline is preferred.

· At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role within the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Additional language requirements vary by country (see Part B).

· Willingness to be based in the designated hiring location, travel to neighboring countries for business as required, and attend training in China approximately once or twice a year,



subject to applicable travel and immigration requirements.
