Site Reliability Engineer (AWS & EKS) at BairesDev

Step into the role of Site Reliability Engineer and keep cloud services fast, stable, and resilient. You will apply engineering discipline to operations.

What You'll Do

- Define service level objectives and track them to guide reliability work.

- Operate and scale containerized workloads on managed Kubernetes clusters.

- Build observability with metrics, logs, and traces that speed up diagnosis.

- Lead incident response and drive blameless postmortems to prevent recurrence.

- Automate toil through scripting and infrastructure as code.





- Plan capacity and performance improvements with engineering teams.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in site reliability or DevOps engineering.

- Proven expertise designing and operating infrastructure on AWS.

- Hands-on experience running production workloads on Amazon EKS.

- Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, monitoring tools, and infrastructure as code.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
