Have you finished your degree or do you have 1-2 years of experience and want to learn to negotiate on an international scale in the food industry?
At MTR3S FOODS we are not looking for a traditional salesperson who memorizes a script, but rather someone with a comprehensive business vision: analytical, curious, and with their own initiative to develop private label projects with international distributors and retailers.
Requirements:
- Graduate or bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience (including internships) in commercial areas, exports, agribusiness, or B2B sales.
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms, export logistics, and commercial numbers (margins, costs).
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Demonstrable proactivity: organized profile, problem-solving oriented, and eager to master the full B2B sales cycle.
- Advanced AI proficiency
- Interest in developing a career in food projects
