Role Mission

At Ultimate Jet Vacations, email is more than a channel, it’s one of our most powerful revenue engines. It’s how we nurture travelers from first click to confirmed booking, and how we keep them coming back.

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will own the strategy, execution, and performance of our email programs in HubSpot. You’ll design campaigns and automated journeys that grow our subscriber base, deepen engagement, and consistently drive revenue, with a goal of generating at least USD 5 million annually through email.

This role goes beyond sending campaigns. You’ll be a HubSpot system expert, a data-driven optimizer, and a creative storyteller, turning insights into smarter campaigns and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Lifecycle & CRM Strategy

You will own and evolve UJV’s CRM ecosystem within HubSpot, building scalable segmentation and lifecycle strategies that move advisors from new leads to highly engaged, high-value partners. You’ll continuously improve audience targeting, engagement scoring, and database health to maximize conversion opportunities.





Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

You will build and execute high-performing email campaigns across nurture flows, co-op campaigns, re-engagement sequences, and conversion-focused initiatives. You understand how to balance strategy with flawless execution, ensuring campaigns are timely, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

Segmentation & Personalization

You will develop sophisticated segmentation strategies based on advisor behavior, engagement history, booking trends, and destination interests. You know personalization goes beyond “first name” tokens, and you understand how to make every campaign feel intentional and relevant.

Automation & Funnel Development

You will create scalable automated workflows that support long-term growth, including onboarding journeys, nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and conversion funnels. You think beyond one-off sends and build systems that continuously move advisors through the lifecycle.

Performance, Optimization & AI-Powered Growth

You will own email performance reporting and optimization, tracking metrics such as engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI. You’re naturally analytical and constantly testing, iterating, and improving. We leverage AI to move faster, and you’ll use AI-powered tools to improve targeting, messaging, efficiency, and performance insights.

Qualifications

- High-performance mindset and drive. Our culture is strongly based on results.
- Experience in the travel industry (required), ideally luxury travel.
- HubSpot Marketing Hub certified, or demonstrably proficient in all aspects of the platform. You must be a system expert.




- 3+ years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record of success, including:
- Significant expansion of email subscriber lists
- Continual growth of engagement rates
- Campaigns that delivered high conversion rates and significant revenue growth
- Detailed reports showing profitability across platforms and campaigns

- Experience with email marketing automation tools and workflows.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A creative mindset that produces high-performing, data-driven marketing.

Bonus Points

- Experience in luxury travel or high-touch, high-ticket sales environments.
- Strong background in inbound marketing methodology.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with CRM data for end-to-end revenue attribution.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom email templates.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
