Writing, reviewing and negotiating contracts (MOUs, NDAs, RFPs, letters, presentations, among others) and/or corporate documents (Minutes of Board of Directors, Shareholders, Powers of Attorney, etc.).
Resolve any legal queries from internal clients in a timely and effective manner.
Monitoring and implementation of internal policies of the Huawei group.
Follow-up and coordination with external advisers.
