Your Tasks:

- Warmly welcoming all hotel and café guests in the hotel lobby
- Preparing high-quality specialty coffees, cold beverages, and signature drinks
- Actively engaging with and attending to guests
- Responsibility for the daily operations of the Constanze outlet
- Providing personalized recommendations for coffee, tea, pastries, and signature offerings
- Ensuring that guests feel welcome from the very first moment

Your Profile:

- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting
- A passion for coffee and excellent knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work adaptable hours, including weekends and holidays

The minimum gross wage for workers in the hotel and hospitality sector, as set out in the collective agreement, is € 2,330 based on full-time employment.
