Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Case Manager to support attorneys handling U.S. Personal Injury cases .

The idóneo candidate will have experience in Pre-Litigation and/or Litigation , strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage case files, client communication, legal documentation, and critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Personal Injury case files
- Support cases throughout Pre-Litigation and/or Litigation
- Prepare and organize legal documents and case records
- Track deadlines, appointments, hearings, and case milestones
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Maintain accurate information in legal case management systems

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal,



or Case Manager within a U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm
- Experience supporting Pre-Litigation and/or Litigation cases
- Strong understanding of Personal Injury processes and legal documentation
- Experience with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities
- Availability to work full-time and on-site

Preferred

- Experience with medical records, insurance claims, demands, and settlements
- Experience with pleadings, discovery, court filings, or litigation deadlines
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys or managing a high-volume caseload
