Lima, Peru Employment Type: Full-Time Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish) On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Datacom Senior Engineer to take on a technical leadership role, responsible for driving data communication solutions, managing technical delivery for strategic accounts, and strengthening the capabilities of the engineering team. We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in networking, team leadership, and customer management, who can develop technical solutions, oversee high-risk operations, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business needs. Responsibilities
• Manage the technical delivery of Datacom solution team, lead the development of technical solutions for our customers.
• Design, evaluate, and explain technical solutions to customers, addressing inquiries and managing their expectations.
• Independently analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring the quality and continuity of operations.
• Design and execute MOP (Method of Procedure) documents for high-risk technical operations.
• Coordinate teams and resources, managing technical matters, projects, and business priorities.
• Provide training and technical guidance to engineers to strengthen the team's capabilities. Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in data communications (Datacom), technical delivery management, solution development,



and complex problem-solving; over 4 years of experience leading and managing technical and/or project teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of technologies such as SRv6, MPLS, and firewalls, among others.
• Solid knowledge of various network solutions, such as IPRAN, telecom networks, and SD-WAN.
• Professional degree in Telecom, Electronic Engineering or related major, with certifications in networking technologies from recognized vendors.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 or C1) is mandatory.
• Interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer expectation management skills.
• Strong commitment, results-oriented mindset, and availability to work according to business needs.
