leading an established team of 4.If you’re a hands-on safety leader who enjoys building positive shop-floor culture while managing technical industrial hygiene and environmental programs, this is a standout role with high visibility and strong operational backing.The Role

Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and grow a team of 4 direct reports across environmental, safety, and health functions.Operational Scope:

Own plant-wide safety engagement, cleanroom chemical hygiene, SMT/assembly safety, machine guarding, and hazardous waste programs.Compliance & Audits:

Serve as the subject matter expert for Utah OSHA, EPA, and Utah DEQ regulatory requirements.Culture Driver:





Partner directly with Plant Operations and Engineering to drive proactive safety metrics rather than reactive policing.Key Requirements

5+ years

of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment (electronics, aerospace, semiconductor, or advanced assembly preferred).Demonstrated experience mentoring, managing, or leading direct reports.Strong background in chemical hygiene, industrial hygiene air/noise monitoring, and hazardous waste (RCRA).Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.CSP (Certified Safety Professional)

is strongly preferred (client offers support/sponsorship for certification milestones).
