Tasks

- Independent management of day-to-day bookkeeping for our clients and partners across a wide range of sectors
- Posting and checking incoming invoices, including account allocation and coordination with the team
- Creating and sending outgoing invoices, and checking incoming and outgoing payments

- Communication with clients’ and partners’ contact persons
- Contact person and in-house BMD specialist
- Optimisation and further development of digital processes
- Driving forward the use of AI in workflows
- Interface between Accounting and IT
- Support with the implementation of new tools and workflows
- Support with organisation and administration





Qualification

- Several years’ experience in bookkeeping
- Excellent knowledge of BMD
- An affinity for IT and a passion for digital solutions
- A structured, independent approach to work
- Motivation to develop things further
- Excellent command of German
- Experience with Logisth.AI would be an advantage
- Comprehensive financial training
