Position overview

Accountants play a critical role in the success of any business. At TFB, our Accounting team ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and supports key decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 1-2 years of working experience. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate and timely accounting records in compliance with Vietnamese laws and company policies.

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, vendor payments, and customer/vendor reconciliations.

- Record daily sales revenue, monitor cash, bank, and payment transactions, and reconcile sales between iPOS reports and accounting records.

- Review vendor invoices and supporting documents; record invoices, accruals, and prepayments accurately and on time.

- Handle vendor payment queries and resolve accounting discrepancies.

- Support monitor café inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies; reconcile stock movements, review inventory variances, and support periodic stock counts.

- Monitor costs, expenses, and wastage; prepare revenue, cost, and inventory reports as required.

- Perform month-end closing and maintain accurate account balances and supporting schedules.





- Organize and maintain accounting documents for internal and external audits and tax compliance.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

What you need

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAS, and tax regulations.

- Proficiency in Excel and familiar with ERP or accounting software (SunSystems is a strong plus).

- Good command in English.

- High integrity, ethics, accuracy, and responsibility in handling financial data.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

- Friendly, cooperative, and eager to learn and grow.
