Senior B2C Lifecycle & Member Engagement Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior B2C Lifecycle & Member Engagement Lead will drive customer lifecycle and engagement initiatives across the full consumer journey, from awareness and activation to retention and repeat usage. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution, leveraging data, experimentation, personalization, and AI-powered tools to optimize customer experiences and business outcomes across multiple marketing channels.

REQUIREMENTS

-

- 7+ years of experience in B2C lifecycle, retention, or customer engagement marketing.

- Proven experience managing multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and related channels.

- Advanced English level (C1+) for professional communication.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Consumer Lending, or other regulated industries.





- Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing strategy, personalization, and campaign optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Evaluate and optimize customer lifecycle and engagement strategies to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and repeat usage.

- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints.

- Manage and optimize consumer communications through email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

- Define audience segmentation, messaging strategies, experimentation plans, and personalization initiatives.

- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to identify optimization opportunities.

- Partner with marketing leadership to support growth initiatives and enhance customer engagement outcomes.
