Project: October to December 2026

We are looking for 2 people to visit restaurants in Lima as undercover customers and evaluate the service and purchase experience.

What you will do

Complete 15 restaurant visits (lunch or dinner) across 3 rounds: October, November, and December.

Observe staff service and the payment process.

Take photos of the receipt and the restaurant setting.

Complete a short checklist after each visit.

Requirements

Black-category credit card (mandatory).

Availability from October to December, on weekdays and some weekends.

Smartphone with a good camera.

Discretion, punctuality, and attention to detail.

What we need you to tackle

We are looking for discreet, reliable people with strong attention to detail who can follow instructions carefully and remain objective during undercover restaurant visits. Previous mystery shopping or evaluation experience is helpful, but not required. Candidates should be punctual, available across the project period,



and comfortable documenting each visit with photos and checklists.

Your day-to-day

Nice to haves

- Identify and reason about anomalies (e.g., payment surcharges, receipt issues) to separate genuine issues from noise and document them clearly.
- Plan and execute visits to meet the project cadence across months and required time windows, ensuring timely, complete coverage.
- Write short, neutral summaries that complement checklist data, making findings easy to review and compare across visits.
