The requirements

No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, awillingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire tomake a difference. As a carer, you’ll also need:





- A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support

- An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting theirneeds

- 2 years+ experience delivering exceptional customer servicewithin the Aged Care industry

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
