In this role, you will shape and advance our client's planning and forecasting capabilities as an interface between the financial stakeholders and the performance management system.
- Build & optimize models: Design and develop scalable planning, forecasting and simulation models.
- Implementing Performance Management: be on the forefront of one of the most ambitious EPM-implementations in Austria - lead implementation, testing, rollout, operation and continuous improvement along the platform roadmap.
- Bridge business and technology: Translate Finance and Controlling requirements into clear functional concepts, user stories and robust solutions.
- Further AI capabilities: Own the vision of AI-powered financial planning, reporting and forecasting and act as an emissary for its implementation.
- Enable group-wide collaboration: Partner with Finance and business stakeholders across the organization to align local needs with group-wide processes and standards.
- Strengthen data integration: Work closely with IT and data teams to integrate Anaplan into the wider data and reporting ecosystem.

- IT and/or Business Administration-degree (e.g. business informatics or finance)
- Technical background / IT depth:
- Hands-on experience using EPM tools (e.g. Anaplan) including model design AND/OR
- Data Analysis-background (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI,...)
- Finance and Controlling expertise
- AI mindset & strong communication skills
- English is a must-have - German nice-to-have
