Discover your exciting roleIn this role you will be responsible for shift management (UPW/WWT, Gas & Chemistry) at our site in Villach.Explore your tasks and responsibilities- Management of subordinate employees- Coordination and communication of operations and maintenance activities- Coordination of shift staffing and personnel requirements in consultation with the Operations Manager- Efficiency monitoring, resource planning, control of activities, and monitoring of compliance with quality management guidelines in the operations area- Contact person for the customer and support with media planning- Willingness to perform assigned tasks in the operations area (on-call duty, maintenance, repair, analysis, media changes, transport, etc.), including additional shifts on weekends if the shift is not staffed- Contact person for the customer, superiors,
