- Organize pleadings, motions, medical records, and other case-related documentation.

- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court deadlines, and legal documentation.
- Previous experience in a paralegal, litigation assistant, or litigation case management role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with court filings, documentation, and deadline management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Comfortable working with legal case management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based personal injury law firm with active federal litigation matters.
- Familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and federal district court local rules.
- Experience supporting discovery processes and preparing litigation documents.
- Experience using legal case management platforms such as Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate, or similar software.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the firm's existing filing procedures and case management workflows.
Ideal Candidate
The idóneo candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented paralegal who understands the importance of accuracy, organization, and deadlines in a litigation environment. This individual should be comfortable navigating federal court filing systems, managing multiple cases, and supporting attorneys without requiring constant direction.
