Safety Coordinator - Kawasan Mall Mangga Dua
Assist the Head of Building Maintenance & Repair in supervising, implementing, maintaining, and repairing safety equipment to ensure visitor safety and security.
Implement a daily maintenance program for fire safety equipment (hydrants, sprinklers, fire detectors, jockey pumps, health and safety facilities).
Plan and facilitate training on safety systems and the use of building facilities.
Conduct daily checks of the building's fire equipment.
Monitor the availability of safety equipment in the food court area (cylinders, gas stoves, faucets, etc.).
Ensure there are no potential hazards during and after operating hours.
Handle first aid (P3K) in the area and monitor the availability of necessary medications.
Job Qualifications:




Diploma 3/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety/HSE Supervisor in a Building Management Unit
Experience leading a safety team/managing the safety department within a Building Management Unit.
Understanding and mastery of building safety systems and equipment.
Ensure the implementation of health and safety procedures in building operations.
Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Willing to be stationed at Mall Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta.
