Responsibilities:
* Develop automation solutions for RF validation and compliance testing across ISO/IEC, NFC Forum, and EMVCo
* Use AI-powered development tools and LLMs such as Claude to accelerate engineering workflows
* Develop and enhance test and measurement systems using Python and C#* Apply AI-driven data analytics to generate insights and automated reports
* Automate testing and analysis to improve efficiency, quality, and test coverage* Enhance contactless test systems with new features, diagnostics, and intelligent automation* Collaborate with global engineering teams on validation, automation, and AI-enabled testing

Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications, Computer Science, or similar
* Good Python and C# skills, plus experience with Git, Jira, and Jenkins
* Experience with, or motivation to learn, AI-assisted software development and AI technologies for test automation, data analysis, anomaly detection, and report generation




* Knowledge of digital and RF communication systems is an advantage
