Using targeted market research, Lingua Learn identifies high-potential regions and offers exclusive franchise agreements to partners in those territories.

Franchise partners receive a full launch package, including a ready-built e-commerce website, CRM, staff training, and ongoing support from the Global Franchise Support Team in HR, sales, marketing, admin, and academics. Partners also gain access to a network of 300+ qualified teachers and a complete suite of branded course materials covering certified language courses, corporate training, and soft-skills programs.

Role Description The Peru Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote contract opportunity for an entrepreneurial partner to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s online language school presence in Peru. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing and sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and promoting Lingua Learn’s language and corporate training programs in the Peruvian market. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s General Franchise Support Team to implement operational standards, use the provided CRM and e-commerce platform,



and ensure high-quality delivery of online courses.

Responsibilities also involve recruiting and guiding teaching staff as needed, monitoring performance and market trends, and adapting local strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth. The partner will act as the primary representative of Lingua Learn in Peru, maintaining the brand’s reputation and ensuring compliance with franchise guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, partners, and learners effectively.
- Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and refine local strategies.
- Training experience and the ability to support or coordinate instructional activities for language and skills-based courses.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management, ideally in education, training, or related services.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, technology-driven environment, with proficiency in online collaboration and CRM tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, make data-informed decisions, and manage local budgets.
- Knowledge of the Peruvian market and fluency in Spanish and/or English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in business, education, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
