Job Description

As General Lead HR Systems & Analytics, you shape our integral HR systems landscape and drive digitalization, process optimization and data-driven HR. Combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, you lead integral HR systems initiatives and work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders.The position is based in Amstetten, Austria




- Develop and execute the integral HR Systems & Analytics strategy, roadmap and governance in alignment with business and HR priorities.
- Own and further develop the integral HR systems landscape, including SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring scalable, integrated and future-proof solutions.
- Drive the digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Work strategically and hands-on on system enhancements, implementations, testing, process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Lead general HR systems projects and rollouts, including project prioritization, stakeholder management, change management and implementation.
- Govern general HR data, reporting and analytics, ensuring consistent standards, high data quality and meaningful HR KPIs.
