We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our team in Lima, Peru.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with scheduling and home care experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating care, supporting clients, and working closely with caregivers.
Location~ San Isidro, Lima (100% On-Site)
Schedule~ Monday to Friday | 8~00 AM - 5~00 PM CST
Immediate Start Available
What You'll Do~
Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage
Manage day-to-day scheduling activities and staffing needs
Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure service excellence
Process timecards and support payroll-related activities
Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate documentation and employee records
Support recruiting, onboarding,
and administrative activities as needed
Help ensure an outstanding client and caregiver experience
What We're Looking For~
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scheduler
Previous experience in Home Care, Home Health, or Healthcare environments
Advanced English communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a dynamic environment
