- Front desk office including visitor and telephone reception
- Creation and management of reports, overviews, and documentation
- Travel management for Exentec Austria GmbH
- Business correspondence (German/English) and translations
- Management and issuing of IT equipment
- Planning, organization, and design of meetings and events
- Organization of training courses
- Administrative support for the branch team
