Trigyn has an opportunity for a PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant. This resource will be working Remotely.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Perform impact analysis, design and development of the enhancements, and any developments of the Oracle PeopleSoft system.
2. Conducting business and functional requirement analysis with stakeholders and translating business needs into techno-functional solution designs
3. Prepare roll-out plan for the various development activities.
4. Preparing functional and technical design specifications, process flows, solution documentation, and deployment plans.
5. Collaborating with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project management throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliverables:

- Recruitment and other modules enhancements
- Business and functional requirements analysis documents.
- Functional and technical specification documents.
- Change requests and Business requirement documents

Educational Qualification:

Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, IT or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted instead of an advanced university degree.

Experience/Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional experience in PeopleSoft v9.x (v9.2 preferred) Human Capital Management modules.
- Experience in analysis, design, and development utilizing PeopleTools 8.5x technologies (PeopleCode, Application Designer, App Engine, Integration Broker, AWE).
- Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), Recruitment, Career Development, and related HCM modules.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
- Experience with analysis, design, development,



and troubleshooting using PeopleTools 8.5x technologies
- Experience designing and supporting inbound and outbound integrations, web services, REST/SOAP interfaces, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of effective-dated data structures, workflow processes, and PeopleSoft security architecture.
- Experience supporting recruitment and talent management business processes in large, complex organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge in modifying/creating PeopleSoft PeopleTools Application Designer objects.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Self-starter able to dive in, resolve ambiguity, and achieve results.
