Responsibilities:
* Perform data quality checks
* Create baselines in the RPPM tool after Gate and Milestone approvals
* Verify the completeness and timeliness of Project and Review Board deliverables
* Update and maintain process documentation
* Monitor & drive process compliance
* Create projects and maintain master data for active projects
* Resolve reporting inconsistencies with data owners
* Govern content and permissions for the internal BL SharePoint site collection
* Handle standard stakeholder requests and general support tasks

Your Profile
* Ongoing studies in economics, informatics, information management, business administration, management or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required
* Knowledge of PowerQuery and PowerBI beneficial




* Solid English skills (speaking and writing)
* Accuracy
* Analytic capabilities
* Team-orientation and interest in an international work environment

* Good communication skills

* Previous experience in a similar work environment is an advantage
