A 4*S hotel in Ischgl is looking for you as Chef de Partie – with free accommodation, meals and €2,400–2,600 net per month.- You run your station independently and with high quality standards.- You prepare dishes for half board and upscale gourmet cuisine.- You take care of mise en place, goods inspection and hygiene (HACCP).- You work closely with the kitchen team and support commis and apprentices.What you bring- Completed chef training- Work experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, ideally in upscale gastronomy- German skills at least at level B1- Passion for cooking, team spirit and looking forward to a season in the mountainsWhat you can expect- Salary: €2,400–2,600 net per month (above the Tyrolean collective agreement)- Accommodation: free single room in a shared flat for staff members,
