Precision meets storytelling here. MarketU is seeking a dedicated Long-Form Video Editor in Peru to produce professional content spanning YouTube productions, commercial spots, documentary features, and corporate communications. You'll engage in hands-on post-production work: color grading raw footage, mixing dialogue and sound effects, assembling complex timelines, and ensuring every technical detail reflects excellence. This role suits someone who takes pride in craft, manages intricate projects, and understands that broadcast standards aren't optional.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:

- Edit diverse long-form projects including YouTube content series, broadcast commercials, documentary features, training materials, and corporate presentations

- Construct compelling story arcs through masterful pacing, sophisticated color grading, professional audio mixing, and motion graphics

- Navigate multi-revision editing sessions while preserving broadcast-quality standards through each iteration

- Establish creative partnerships with directors and producers to translate their artistic vision into polished final deliverables

- Execute complete post-production supervision: initial assembly, color correction, sound mixing and balancing, graphics placement, and quality export

- Implement organized file management systems that enable smooth team collaboration and asset retrieval

- Maintain direct communication channels with clients and creative leadership to address feedback and refine deliverables





- Stay current with industry evolution while maintaining consistent deadline adherence

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE:

- Substantial professional experience editing long-form video (portfolio review required)

- Advanced technical mastery of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent non-linear editing platform

- Deep expertise in color grading methodology, audio design principles, editorial pacing strategies, and cinematic visual language

- Demonstrated commitment to broadcast-quality standards on every single project deliverable

- Adaptable, solution-oriented approach to client feedback with willingness to explore multiple editorial directions

- Fluent English for effective team communication and client consultation

- Proven success managing multiple productions simultaneously without degrading deadline performance or quality output
