Remote Account Manager

Location: Remote (Latin America)

Hours: Full time, with a core overlap of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mountain Time (Calgary)

About us

We are a Canadian marketing agency serving home builders, developers, realtors and home service providers. Most of our work is in home building and real estate, with some clients in other industries. We have an in-house photo and video team and a growing remote team that delivers full marketing programs for our clients.

The role

You will own the day-to-day relationship with our existing clients, mainly home builders and developers. You keep their projects moving, understand what each client needs next, prepare quotes and plans, and help those accounts grow. Our local team handles in-person business development and events. You handle the account work behind it, fully remote. You do not need to be a strategist, but you should understand marketing well enough to discuss plans and results with confidence and to work alongside our partners on strategy.

What you will do

Client relationships

- Be the main day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client accounts by video, phone and email.
- Run recurring check-ins and status calls, join client planning meetings, and capture clear notes and next steps.
- Learn each client's communities, developments, sales goals and launch timelines, and what has and has not worked for them.
- Set clear expectations, keep clients informed and resolve issues quickly.

Account growth and planning

- Build account roadmaps that show each client the next steps across photo, video, ads, social media, SEO and web.
- Prepare custom marketing plans and proposals with support from our partners.
- Spot opportunities to expand our work with existing clients and present them.
- Follow up with past and inactive clients to bring them back.

Quoting and coordination

- Prepare project quotes using our pricing and service menus.
- Turn client requests into clear briefs for our photo, video, design, ads and SEO teams.
- Track timelines, deliverables and approvals across multiple clients.




- Keep the CRM accurate: log calls and notes, update deal stages and manage follow-up tasks.

Reporting

- Share monthly performance updates on ads, SEO and social media in plain language.
- Turn results into recommendations for what to do next.

What we are looking for

- 3 or more years in account management or client services, ideally at a marketing, creative or advertising agency.
- Fluent, professional English (C1 or higher). You are confident on calls with business owners and marketing directors.
- Experience working with Canadian or US clients and a strong understanding of how North American buyers communicate and make decisions.
- A solid grasp of digital marketing (paid social, Google Ads, SEO, content, photo and video) so you can talk through plans and results.
- Highly organized. You can juggle many clients, requests and deadlines without dropping anything.
- Experience preparing quotes, proposals or scopes of work.
- Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot or similar) and a project management tool (Monday, ClickUp, Asana or similar).
- Stable internet, a quiet workspace and availability for camera-on calls.

Nice to have

- Experience with home builders, developers, real estate or commercial B2B clients.
- Experience upselling or expanding existing accounts.
- Comfort using AI tools to summarize reports, prepare plans and draft client communication.
