Role Description The Peru Voice Recording role is a full-time remote position focused on producing high-quality audio recordings in Peruvian Spanish for a variety of projects, such as AI training datasets, voice prompts, and multimedia content. Day-to-day work includes reading and recording prepared scripts, following detailed recording guidelines, and ensuring clear pronunciation, consistent tone, and accurate intonation. The role involves collaborating with project coordinators, submitting recordings within specified timelines, and revising files based on feedback to meet quality standards.



Responsibilities also include managing basic recording equipment or software, organizing audio files, and reporting progress through the DatoviaPlayHouse platform. The position requires reliable internet access and the ability to work independently while aligning with project schedules and expectations.
Qualifications

- Strong native or near-native fluency in Peruvian Spanish, with clear and natural pronunciation suitable for audio recording.
- Ability to read scripts accurately and maintain consistent vocal tone, pacing, and clarity across multiple recordings.
- Basic technical skills to operate microphones, recording software, and file management tools in a home or remote studio setup.
- Attention to detail and quality, including careful listening for background noise, mispronunciations, and audio inconsistencies.
