You will ensure a high-quality user experience by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks related to memory, battery life, and interface fluidity.What You'll Do:- Analyze and optimize iOS application startup time and scrolling performance to ensure a seamless user experience.- Monitor and reduce memory usage and battery consumption using Xcode Instruments and other profiling tools.- Identify and resolve complex performance regressions through deep-dive analysis of Swift code and system frameworks.- Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for resource management and efficient coding.- Design and execute performance testing strategies to proactively catch regressions before they reach production.What we are looking for:- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Mobile Development, or Performance Engineering.- Proven expertise in optimizing iOS application performance, including memory and battery consumption.- Proficiency in using Xcode Instruments for profiling and identifying performance bottlenecks.- Strong background in Swift development and iOS system internals.- Hands-on experience improving startup times and UI responsiveness for mobile applications.- Advanced proficiency in English.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the general Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
