Lead Brightery market growth and branch performance at country level through commercial strategy, partnerships and operational leadership.

Brightery is looking for a Country Manager to establish or scale the company in a new national market. You will be accountable for local strategic priorities, commercial performance, brand reputation and coordination with group leadership. This role is most relevant for an international branch.

- Create and execute a country growth plan with clear revenue, pipeline and market-development goals.
- Lead the local operation and manage branch leaders or functional staff as the market develops.
- Build relationships with enterprise clients, referral partners and local business networks.
- Oversee local budgeting, commercial forecasting and performance reporting.
- Adapt go-to-market execution to local customer needs while maintaining Brightery brand standards.




- Coordinate with central technical and creative delivery teams on service quality and capacity.
- Engage appropriate legal, accounting and compliance advisers on local operating obligations.

- Leadership experience in B2B technology, digital services, consulting or agency expansion.
- Demonstrated success developing a national market or managing a significant business unit.
- Commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting and accountability for business results.
- Executive-level negotiation, relationship building and strategic planning ability.
- Knowledge of local business culture and customer buying processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and relevant local language(s).
