Role Summary:

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for inventory related functions, this includes receiving POs, cycle counts, pulling parts for jobs, shipping and receiving of goods, assigning, and editing stock locations and all data entry associated with these functions. The Inventory Control Clerk will work with the Quality team to confirm material certifications are correct prior to releasing materials and/or components to manufacturing and will complete all documentation accordingly. They will also be responsible for the proper handling and storage of all items, be it Customer property or Flowserve stock.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Recibir y desempacar envíos, verificar la precisión y registrar correctamente el envío.

Reportar problemas con bienes recibidos a Control de Inventario y al Comprador

Crear, actualizar y procesar el envío y la recepción de pedidos en papel y en línea de proveedores y clientes nacionales e internacionales

Coordinar recolecciones,



rastrear envíos y solucionar problemas contactando a proveedores y empresas de envío.

Realizar conteos cíclicos de inventario para garantizar los saldos de almacén.

Coordinaciones asertivas con Transportistas y cliente, cumplimiento del código de ética, procedimientos del sistema de calidad y reglas establecidas en el site

Cumplir con la normativa vigente y recomendaciones relativas a la seguridad y salud en el trabajo y gestión del medio ambiente.

Maquinaria y equipo a su cargo: Montacarga, Cierra Cinta, Cierra Manual, Serrucho, Pata de cabra, Martillo, engrapador industrial, máquina para suncho, Taladro Atornillador, cizalla Manual, Marcador eléctrico para metal, Carretilla hidráulica, carretilla manual, Laptop, Navaja Autoretractil

Experiencia/habilidades preferidas:

- Experiencia previa en almacén, incluyendo la expedición y recepción de mercancías.
- Certificación para el manejo de montacargas.
- Diploma de bachillerato (o equivalente) y de 5 a 7 años de experiencia relevante.
