We are looking for a results-driven Bilingual Technical Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts for technical and industrial positions. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates for opportunities within manufacturing, industrial maintenance, automation, and other skilled technical disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, candidate screening, and talent pipeline development, along with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication skills are required, as the role will collaborate with general stakeholders and support recruitment initiatives across diverse teams and business functions.

Your responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and industrial positions, including maintenance technicians, automation specialists, electromechanical professionals, and other skilled trades roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct recruiter screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and overall fit.
- Prepare and submit qualified candidates, along with screening notes and recommendations, for further evaluation.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accurate candidate information within the ATS.
- Partner with recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent in a timely manner.




- Work effectively across client virtual environments and internal recruiting platforms to support recruitment activities.

Required skills

- 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruiting, or Talent Sourcing.
- Experience recruiting technical, industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, or skilled trades talent.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and proactive talent mapping.
- Experience conducting recruiter screenings and candidate assessments.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and work simultaneously across client and internal platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- English C1 (Professional Working Proficiency) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial maintenance, automation, material handling equipment, or electromechanical roles is preferred.
- Availability to work in a hybrid environment and be based in Lima, Trujillo, or Arequipa.
- French language skills are considered a plus.
