- Lead, develop, and support a team within Non Sterile Production
- Manage resource, capacity, and vacation planning to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure on-time completion of production orders and efficient production execution
- Coordinate production activities and optimize the allocation of personnel and material resources
- Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with production standards, quality requirements, and internal procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare analyses and reports
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and Lean initiatives
- Identify and implement process optimization and cost-saving opportunities
- Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews
- Ensure accurate documentation and data management within approved systems

Education

- Completed technical education or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of production processes and resource planning
- Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style




- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems and production KPIs
- Good German and English language skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage
