Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments for clients.

Clean, trim, shape, and file fingernails and toenails safely and professionally.

Provide cuticle care, nail buffing, and hand and foot care treatments.

Perform hand and foot exfoliation, scrubbing, moisturizing, and massage where included in the service.

Identify visible nail or skin abnormalities and advise clients to seek medical attention when appropriate.

Maintain proper sterilization and sanitization of tools, equipment, workstations, and treatment areas.

Follow all company hygiene, safety, and infection-control procedures.

Ensure all tools and products are used correctly and stored safely.

Maintain professional appearance, personal hygiene, and appropriate conduct at all times.

Welcome clients politely, understand their requirements, and provide excellent customer service.

Recommend suitable treatments and products according to company guidelines.

Manage appointments and treatment time efficiently.

Monitor product and equipment supplies and report shortages or damaged tools to the supervisor.

Follow company policies, work schedules, and instructions from the supervisor or management.

Maintain client confidentiality and protect company customer information.

Report any client complaints, accidents, or service-related issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in manicure and pedicure services.
- Must currently reside in Kuwait.
- Proven practical skills in nail care and hand and foot treatments.




- Good knowledge of hygiene, sterilization, and infection prevention.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work professionally with clients and as part of a team.
- Punctual, responsible, well-groomed, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality treatments.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Achieve assigned service-quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain positive client feedback and professional conduct.
- Minimize customer complaints and treatment errors.
- Use company products and equipment responsibly.
- Valid Kuwait residency and work authorization, with transfer eligibility subject to applicable Kuwait regulations.
