You will play an active role in shaping the production processes for our battery and vehicle assembly operations. Working alongside the relevant departments, you will develop efficient assembly processes, implement lean methods and make a significant contribution to the quality and productivity of our manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities

- Optimisation of production processes for battery and vehicle assembly, including the associated components
- Design of ergonomic and efficient assembly workstations in line with the latest state of the art, and the procurement of tools and fixtures
- Preparation of assembly instructions and recording or documenting standard times
- Contributing to the series transition of new products
- Implementation of lean management and continuous improvement measures, as well as on-site support for production

Your profile

- A successfully completed apprenticeship in metalworking or electrical engineering
- A good understanding of technical matters and experience in lean management or one-piece flow
- An independent, structured approach to work, as well as a high level of commitment and assertiveness
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office
