Real Estate firm specializing in the real estate industry, is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and creative professional with strong commercial skills and expertise in digital marketing.

The idóneo candidate will be a versatile, resultsdriven individual capable of managing client relationships, supporting business development, set up meetings and contributing to the companys marketing and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage prospective client inquiries, conduct followups, and convert leads into customers.
Oversee reservations, payment processing, and daily frontoffice operations.
Answer phone calls and whatsapp message in a very proactive and formal way.




Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with external service providers and monitor their performance.

Qualifications Requirements
Technical diploma or university studies.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development 1 year
Proficiency in typing, Word, Canva, CapCut, Instagram, Facebook, etc
Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong initiative, creativity, commercial awareness, and a resultsoriented mindset.
