ERP Process Coordinator, 60-100% (f/m/x)

Job Description
Your role
- Manage and continuously improve ERP-supported business processes for Engineering Services & Product Servicing
- Translate business requirements into technical and organizational ERP solutions and contribute to projects involving relevant ERP and CRM process changes
- Coordinate user support, provide training, and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Develop, execute, and maintain ERP tests to support the successful deployment of new system releases
- Stay up to date with developments in our ERP system and its add-ons, identify new opportunities to support our business processes, and ensure alignment between ERP and CRM processes What makes you a great fit
- A background in IT, business administration, or a related field, or relevant experience with business and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and administrative skills combined with a structured way of working
- An independent, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
