We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.Lead AI Engineer – Python at BairesDevWhat You'll Do- Build reusable AI asset libraries, including skill and prompt catalogs, templates, and metadata search.- Design APIs for library and catalog services, including CRUD operations, tagging, versioning, and access control.- Develop and refine prompt engineering practices, including structured outputs and prompt versioning.- Support prompt evaluation and testing through golden sets, regression testing, and quality scoring.- Contribute to portal UX and component library development where needed.What We Are Looking For- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.- Strong proficiency in Python.- Experience with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, structured outputs,
