1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Headway Tek Inc- One of our clients is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Leader to join the client’s team in the Los Angeles office and play a pivotal role in leading and growing the civil engineering team.- The idóneo candidate should be a licensed civil engineer with extensive experience in multi-disciplinary projects serving as a project manager.- The role involves technical design, consulting, client engagement, business development, and team leadership.The Opportunity:- Manage complex large multidisciplinary design projects, including oversight of the commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of the project.- Provide leadership, mentoring, and career development for a team of civil engineers.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and collaborators.- Lead the preparation of proposals, bid submissions,
