We're hiring a Bilingual Fundraising & Development Specialist to join a growing nonprofit organization supporting individuals and families affected by rare blood disorders and transplant-related challenges. This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) where you'll play a key role in securing donations, corporate sponsorships, grants, and strategic partnerships to drive the organization's growth and impact. The idóneo candidate has 3+ years of fundraising, donor development, sales, or business development experience, a proven track record of generating revenue, and strong relationship-building skills.
