Position Overview

We’re seeking 1-2 high-achieving, Call Center Agents (English) with a minimum of 1 year of call center sales experience. The adecuado candidate will have experience in solar, roofing, or home improvement.

You’ll be responsible for calling homeowner leads, educating them on our suite of home improvement solutions, setting qualified appointments for our sales team, helping with confirmation calls, and assigning sales rep to the appointments.

This is a remote, performance-driven role designed for a true self-starter who wants to rise quickly in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to warm and aged leads.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively in both English and Spanish.
- Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for consultations.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Go High Level).
- Hit or exceed daily and weekly performance goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve scripts, processes, and conversion rates.
- Help with logistics
- Confirm and qualify appointments

Qualifications





✅ Great English — required.

✅ 1+ year of call center sales experience — required.

✅ Experience in solar, roofing, or home improvement — preferred but not required.

✅ Experience with Go High Level CRM - preferred

✅ Experience with CallTools dialer - preferred

✅ Excellent phone communication and relationship-building skills.

✅ Confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and web-based tools.

✅ Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.

✅ Fast internet connection, quiet workspace, computer with 2 monitors and headset (remote setup).
