Role Description The Peru Voice Recording Project is a temporary remote role focused on recording short voice samples in Peruvian Spanish according to provided scripts and guidelines. Participants will follow detailed instructions, read and record text prompts clearly, and ensure that audio files meet quality standards for accent, clarity, and consistency. Day-to-day tasks include accessing the recording platform, completing assigned prompts within set timelines, reviewing recordings for background noise or errors, and submitting files through the designated system.



The role may also involve basic troubleshooting of recording issues, following data privacy and confidentiality requirements, and responding to project communications from the coordination team.

Qualifications

- Ability to speak Peruvian Spanish clearly and naturally, with consistent pronunciation and accent suitable for voice data collection.
- Access to a quiet recording environment and reliable internet connection, along with a smartphone, computer, or recording device capable of producing clear audio.
- Basic technical skills for using web or mobile recording tools, uploading files, and following step-by-step digital instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts, project guidelines, and quality standards without deviation.
- Dependable time management skills to complete assigned recordings within specified deadlines and respond to project communications promptly.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting and maintaining confidentiality of project materials and data.
- Prior experience with voice recording, transcription, or similar freelance projects is beneficial but not required.
- Eligibility to perform freelance or project-based work in accordance with local regulations in Peru.
