Description
Collaboration is key to how we work, and we are looking for an Executive Legal Secretary to join our innovative Integral Support team, to provide executive secretarial assistance to the Ogier team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a integral team in a growing area of the business.
Our Integral Support team is a group of like-minded professionals, tasked with supporting the business with all manner of administration including preparing documentation, updating systems, managing client interactions and responding to queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft/amend/format legal documents and general correspondence;
- Draft administration forms for internal/external use;
- Assist with government filings through the use of REEFs,



liaise with CIMA and other government bodies;
- Assist with Audits, Court Searches and CORIS searches and reports;
- Assist with preparation of invoices and follow up of payments with clients, liaise closely with Credit Control on accounts receivable;
- Ensure appropriate file management systems are in place, including the filing of emails and documents, undertake photocopying, scanning and arranging couriers when required;
- Ensure all new client matters are accurately set up in the client accounting and database system, maintain and amend client records;
- Manage client interactions, support partners and their teams with client investigative work and draft client communications and legal documents;
- Active diary management, arrange meetings and calls across different time zones;
- Liaise with clients, professional organisations and colleagues to ensure the firm’s professional image is promoted positively;
