Responsibilities
- Lead strategic change management projects across different industries
- Design and implement comprehensive change strategies covering communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, and sustainment
- Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders
- Serve as a methodological reference for the practice, ensure methodological quality, and guide junior consultants in executing key projects
- Identify risks,
propose solutions, lead lessons-learned and improvement sessions, and promote alignment between business strategy and execution
- Support clients through technological, cultural, and organizational restructuring changes
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience leading change management projects
- Experience applying ADKAR in change management engagements, including stakeholder mapping, resistance management, and change impact assessments
- Experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders and adapting change strategies to different organizational contexts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Eligibility to work in Peru
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting technology implementations, cultural transformation, and organizational restructuring initiatives
- Experience consulting with multinational clients
- Prosci Certification
